After weeks of lockdown, it's time to get fit again. Although the programme is designed for beginners, it's also perfect for those who have been injured or inactive for a long period.
Much better than trying Couch to 5K alone, our experienced coaches will carefully make sure you complete the programme within 8 weeks without injury.
